It answers with a dependencies.releaseDependencies.

What a release of this repository is released against. A tooling library and the repo adapter are how the repository is built and gated, and are left out.
`unresolved`	`list[string]`	No	`[]`	The declared coordinates, not tooling, that the lock records nothing for: a library not vendored or a schema not seeded since the lock last changed. A release cannot say what these were tested against.

`sha`	`string`	No	The source state a library resolved to, as its build is keyed.
`shaKind`	`string`	No	How that state was arrived at, as the lock records it.

`digest`	`string`	No	The sha256 of the schema document that was seeded.
